generous supply friendly staff convenient snack
i adored the generous tea and coffee supplies offered in my room. the reception area felt cute, with wonderfully friendly staff. it was easy to buy snacks from reception, i appreciated that convenience.
the hairdryer was fixed to the wall and didn't reach the mirror easily.

Acceptable, but some issues

difficult temperature metal door stopper
The bathroom was a real letdown. The shower was difficult to use. The separate taps made it HARD to get the temperature right. ALSO, I stubbed my toe on a metal door stopper. IT stuck out from the carpet near the wardrobe.

helpful staff clean room few sockets warm room
i had a standard double room and it was really clean. the staff was helpful and friendly (a very important thing!).
there were not enough sockets. there was only one socket in the room, apart from the one the kettle was plugged into. the room was basic but fine, the lack of aircon was a problem as the room was very warm.

The hotel location was convenient, a short walk to the airport.
I had some issues that lessened the experience. The room was quite dated and could use some modern updates and the shower had very poor water pressure. These issues are definitely problems.

Handy Location with Friendly Staff

friendly staff good choice soft pillows
The reception staff kindly arranged for the hotel courtesy bus to drop me off at the arena before the show. The bar offered a good choice of food, and breakfast had many options too. The room was clean (I especially liked the warm duvet and soft pillows).
The shower head needs replacement to improve the water flow.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to the P & J Live Arena. This location is helpful for accessing events and other facilities nearby. (It's a great advantage!)
